  • I'm not the most 'tech savvy' person. Is it easy to use?

    We frequently take feedback from our customers and we have amended the system in such a way that it is as user friendly as possible. We also have numerous manuals and training videos available and a local support team that is ready to help.

  • Do I need to purchase additional computer hardware?

    No. All you need is a device (computer, phone, tablet) and access to the internet. We will send you a link to the appropriate tracking website and / or app and you can start tracking straight away!

  • Will I be stuck at my desk checking through reports all day?

    No, our systems will do all the checking for you. Our trackers are fully customisable to log as many criteria as what you need and they report "by exception". You simply tell us what parameters you would like to monitor and we will set up the reports to be dispatched via email when those events occur. You can choose what's most relevant for your business and we will configure the automated alerts and reports accordingly. Our system offers plenty of options for managers on the go with alerts sent directly to your phone or customized reports sent to one or more email accounts.

  • How will my drivers react to me fitting tracking systems to their vehicles?

    Most fleet drivers will be used to the idea of having their movements and behavior tracked. It is fairly common for fleets to be tracked in Australian fleet businesses so most drivers would have already worked for a company with tracking fitted to their vehicles.
    In most cases it depends on the reasons why you want to use it, and how you explain it to them. If you want to use it to improve the efficiency, security and safety of your business, and help mobile workers to get more done, with less paperwork and phone calls, then most employees will understand that. They’ll also appreciate that you are making an effort to keep the business profitable and improving their job security. Our business integration specialists will be able to assist you with providing the appropriate communication to your staff prior to installing the systems.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    Not if you don't want to. You can either choose to buy the tracking equipment outright and simply pay the associated running costs on a month-to-month basis or opt for a "as a service" contract which includes the tracking hardware, on-site installation fee and all associated running costs in a simple monthly payment over a set term contract.

  • How difficult is it to install the tracking unit?

    All of our hardware comes per-programmed and ready to go. As soon as it gets power it will pop up on the tracking platform and start tracking. You can either install it yourself by following the detailed installation instructions, or we can arrange for one of our approved installation technicians to install the system for you.

  • What sets you apart from other GPS fleet tracking providers?

  • Are your trackers compatible with all vehicles, including heavy trucks?

    Yes, our devices can be installed on any type of vehicle. We track everything from lawnmowers to helicopters. We can even track livestock with our battery powered units.

  • Do the trackers come with a warranty?

    Yes. Our equipment comes with a 12 month warranty as standard, but extended warranties are also available. If you have opted for a "as-a-service" contract then the warranty is included for the life of the contract.

  • Can I have more than one user access my fleet?

    Yes, additional user accounts can be created for your account with no additional fees. You can also set up users with access to only some of the vehicles and with "read-only" access if required.

  • What reports are available?

    Currently the FleetLogix Reporting system has over 90 different reporting templates to choose from and that list is growing as more reports get developed. Custom reports can also be generated, covering various events such as; speeding, harsh braking, seatbelt infringement, excess idle or geofencing.

  • How many vehicles can I track at one time?

    There is no limit to how many vehicles that can be tracked by the GPS fleet management system. Fleet sizes range from 1 vehicle all the way to over 10000 vehicles.
